Domain Tokens are the new way for customers who
purchase a large number of domain names to take
advantage of our Bulk Discounts with prices from
as little as £2.54 per year. With Domain
Tokens, you do not have to buy all your domains
at once to qualify for our excellent discounts
and each Domain Token can be used to register or
renew a domain name for one year.

How
can I buy Domain Tokens?
We have developed an automated, online system for
buying new Domain Tokens. You buy a Domain
Token for the different types of domain name that we
sell and each Domain Token can be used to register
or renew a domain name of that type for one year.
How can I view my Domain Token balance?
Once logged into our Control Panel,
you can view in real time how many Domain Tokens you
have available to use. You can also view a
history of other tokens you have purchased and
domain names you have registered or renewed using
Domain Tokens.
What
are the prices of Domain Tokens?
The price of Domain Tokens varies depending on how
many Domain Tokens you buy and the type of Domain
Token you are buying. The full price list can
be viewed in the Domain Tokens section of our online
Control Panel.
The variable pricing is based on the total number of
Domain Tokens you are purchasing in that
transaction, rather than the number of each
individual type of Domain Token.
How
can I use my Domain Tokens?
If you have sufficient Domain Tokens, whenever you
register or renew a domain name our system will
automatically use your available tokens. If
you do not have sufficient Domain Tokens, then our
system will charge you our regular domain name
pricing.
If you have enough Domain Tokens for some of your
domain names in your order but not all of them, then
the system will use your Domain Tokens against the
domain names for which you do have sufficient Domain
Tokens and then charge you our regular domain name
pricing for the remainder.
Certain types of domain names can only be registered
or renewed in two year increments, and so two Domain
Tokens would be used in these circumstances as each
Domain Token allows you to register or renew a
domain for one year. Other domain names can be
registered or renewed between one and ten years.
When renewing domain names, it is important that you
renew the domain name before it has expired as once
a domain name has expired it is not possible to use
Domain Tokens to renew that domain and so you will
be charged our regular domain name prices for that
renewal.
Does the price of Domain Tokens include all fees and
charges?
Yes. Unlike some other domain name providers,
our prices include all registry and administration
fees along with all the other features available
with our regular domain name prices, including DNS
configuration, e-mail and web forwarding and we do
not charge to transfer domain names to another
registrar.
Will
my Domain Tokens expire?
Once you have purchase Domain Tokens from us, they
will not expire and so you will be able to use them
at any time in the future.
Can I
get a refund on Domain Tokens that I have not used?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on any
Domain Tokens you have purchased but not used under
any circumstances, so it is important that you
ensure that you are completely happy with the number
of Domain Tokens you are buying before you submit
your order.
Can I
purchase Domain Tokens with credit terms?
Absolutely not. We are able to offer our
excellent discounts with Domain Tokens because we
have automated our processes and reduced our administration
costs by not running credit accounts. Accordingly, we
require to have received your payment before we can
add your Domain Tokens to your account. If you
have a credit account with Web Tapestry for domain
names, this does not extend credit to buying Domain
Tokens.
