The tortie is Toto one of our resident Golden Oldies. She came into care from a farm in 1995. Her owner had died and the farm was being sold. She was old then and we reckon she is probaby around 18 years of age. She is a lovely cat who spends her time purring very loudly. She is losing the sight in one of her eyes but this has not affected her appetite. She was orginally cared for by one of our foster homes in her house but used to have the occasional mishap. During the last 2 years she has been amazingly clean and a joy to care for. We realise that at her advanced years the chances of being offered a permanent home is, although not impossible, certainly remote. We would be delighted if someone would consider sponsoring her.
